OUR STORY

It started in lockdown. You know the one—banana bread was everywhere. Instagram feeds, kitchen counters, group chats. It became Britain’s unofficial comfort food, baked in pyjamas, shared in stories, and devoured with whatever toppings people could find.

Banana bread was the thing. Gooey-centered, golden-crusted, endlessly customizable. It was the dessert that brought warmth, creativity, and a little bit of joy.

Where was the place dedicated to banana bread? Not the occasional café slice. Not the supermarket loaf.

Somewhere people could build their own, top it their way, and feel that magic.

So we built it.

Because this loaf deserves its own spotlight.

The Sweet Loaf Club became London’s first dedicated banana bread bar.

A place where every loaf is baked fresh on site, topped loud, and wrapped in packaging that’s as playful as the flavors.

Our ice cream and butter come from Marshfield Farm, a family-run dairy that’s as sweet as our loaves.  Using regenerative, sustainable farming methods. Every drop of milk in our multi-award-winning ice cream can be traced right back to the fields we call home.

Our fruits are hand-picked fresh from the Fruity Fresh each morning ensuring that only the best fruits are served in our Banana Bread. This is the largest range of Fruits and Vegetables in Western International Market

We use Doves Farm organic flour—grown with care, milled with purpose. Their farming methods protect wildlife, enrich soil biodiversity.

Every grain is grown on land that’s a haven for bees, birds, and butterflies. Their flour is nutrient-rich, perfect for loaves that are as kind to the planet as they are delicious.
